Brooke Brewer is an Associate Attorney at Kaspar and Lugay, bringing a strong background in litigation and advocacy. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a Litigation Associate at a Bay Area firm, where she represented clients in hearings and depositions, conducted legal research, and managed complex discovery processes. Brooke also gained experience in judicial clerkships and international human rights law, drafting legal documents for both U.S. courts and international human rights organizations.

She earned her Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology, with praise, from Oregon State University. Brooke’s diverse legal experience and commitment to justice make her a valuable advocate for her clients.
